Refund policy

At our company, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our return and refund policy complies with the applicable consumer protection laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Customers may request to return or exchange a product if:

• The product is in its original condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
• The product has a manufacturing defect or does not conform to the agreed specifications.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the customer is entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the provisions of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

Returns or refunds may not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or returned without their original packaging, except where required by applicable law.

All return and refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by our customer service team. The company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above or those permitted under Egyptian law.
